Mr. Krishnan brings a wealth of experience in financial management and strategy. He has a deep understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance. Since joining Redington Limited, Mr. Krishnan has played a key role in the Company’s growth. During his tenure as head of finance at Redington, he was involved in the Company’s equity raising process including the listing in India during the year 2007.
In addition to his financial expertise, Mr. Krishnan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Prior to joining Redington, he was employed with Ashok Leyland Limited.
Sriram Ganeshan has been Director on the board of Redington Gulf since January 2017. He is responsible for financial management and also spearheads the IT function and Shared Services Center for Redington Gulf. Mr. Ganeshan has been with Redington since 2000 and has played a significant role in acquisitions made by Redington Gulf. Prior to joining the company in 2000, he worked with KPMG in India where he worked with clients in multiple sectors. He has also been a panelist on various Industry forums on Trade Finance. Mr. Ganeshan is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Serkan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Telecom, IT and Consultancy sectors in diverse roles including Sales, Marketing, and Strategy in leading companies such as TESAS Telecommunication, Probil, IBM, and Darest across Turkey and Switzerland.
At Redington, Serkan’s focus lies in global corporate strategy, examining both organic and inorganic opportunities, leading the development of innovative business models, and supporting key strategic growth initiatives.
Soumitra has extensive experience in diverse Indian and global organisations. Prior to joining Redington he was the Global Head of Talent Management in Sutherland and had earlier stints with Tata Steel, Hewlett Packard , Siemens and Nuance. His expertise has been in leading and driving strategic and innovative business aligned talent solutions in complex, highly matrixed and agile organisations aimed at enhancing overall capability and performance.
Ramesh Natarajan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the information technology and services industry. At present, he leads the Broadline IT distribution business for Redington across Middle East. He is based in Dubai, U.A.E. where he lives with his wife and two kids.
Jim Mathew is a postgraduate in Business Administration and has over 14 years of experience in the distribution industry with Telecom & IT vendors and with distribution companies. He has been associated with Redington Gulf FZE since 2007 and currently heads the Telecom business as its President.
Mr. Sayantan Dev leads Value Added Distribution Unit for Redington Gulf. In over a decade at the company, Sayantan has successfully led multiple business units in the VAD space, growing revenue and profitability year after year. Sayantan has used his business and tactical nous to build and grow several businesses and take existing practices to new markets. He has also taken the initiative to build a data analytics practice, establishing a tier 2 business model, as a first for these brands globally. Prior to Redington Gulf, Sayantan worked within the VAD space in India. Sayantan is a Masters in Computer Applications from Institute of Management Studies – India and lives in Dubai, U.A.E at present.
Rawad Ayash currently serves as the President of Redington Saudi Arabia. He has been associated with the company since 2007 and has been instrumental in establishing Redington as a leading distributor for IT and Telecom products in Saudi Arabia. Prior to Redington he has worked for reputed companies in the IT and manufacturing space. Rawad holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University, Beirut, Lebanon.
Aloysius Fernandes is a highly experienced professional with 33 years of cross functional experience in Distribution and has led in senior management roles for the last 23 years. Mr. Chidambaram is a postgraduate in Operations Management from the All India Management Association in Delhi, India. He joined Redington India in December 1995 as Regional Manager Supply Chain Management for the Western Region. Chidambaram moved to Dubai in 2004 to set-up supply chain logistics for Redington Gulf FZE. Today, he leads the supply chain function for Redington across Africa, CIS countries, and the Middle East. Ramaprasad Nagarajan is the Senior Vice-President, Credit and Collections for Redington Gulf since Oct 2022. He began working at Redington Gulf in 2008 as a Regional Accounts Manager for Africa before moving on to other positions managing Redington's Business Finance and Commercial responsibilities across the Middle East and Africa. Ram has more than 20 years of extensive and diverse expertise in the financial and business sectors. He worked in India for EID Parry India Limited's various businesses before joining Redington Gulf, and he also spent a brief 15-month period working for his family's business. He holds a graduate degree in commerce and an MBA with a specialization in finance.
Sagar Jayanti comes with more than 20 years of experience in industrial relations and human resources management. Prior to joining Redington, he had worked in the Automobile, manufacturing, IT system integration, and distribution industry in India and the middle east. Joined Redington Gulf in 2013, he has been instrumental in establishing key HR practices and systems at Redington Gulf. He is a Post-graduation Degree holder in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He did his MBA with an HR and Marketing specialization and was also certified as Global Professional in Human Resources from HCI.
Mohit is VP- Ecommerce & is leading the Digital transformation across the distribution value chain for Redington business in the MEA region. He has 13 years of prior work experience across organizations like Reckitt (Consumer goods - India, Middle East), udaan.com (B2B E-commerce start up - India) in leadership roles for Business, Digital, Marketing, Growth while building high performance teams.

Prasanth Pookot is a Law graduate and Company Secretary having experience of more than 15 years across industries. He has been associated with Redington group since 2016. At present, he heads the Legal and Board Secretary function for Redington Middle East. He is based in Dubai, U.A.E.
Serkan Çelik, who has been the CEO of Arena Group since the beginning of 2018, joined Arena Group as CFO in 2007.
Çelik lead the establishment of Paynet, one of Turkey’s first FinTech Companies, as a separate company in Arena Group. Çelik is currently is the Chairman of our subsidiaries Paynet and Arena Mobile.
He has developed the unique business model and has built the organization of Paynet to be the leader FinTech company in B2B and B2B2C segments in Turkey. Çelik also leaded the expansion of Arena Group to Mobile Technologies, Renewable Energy Technologies, IoT and Automation Technologies segments.
Serkan Çelik graduated from Harvard Business School GMP and Istanbul University, School of Economics.
Prior to his joining to Arena Group, Çelik served in PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant on tax financial law and accounting technique between 1998 – 2007. During this period, Çelik has consulted more than 200 companies with domestic and foreign partners in different sectors. He has also advised many companies on the general structure and establishment and development of financial structures.
Following his graduation from Boğaziçi University Business Administration Department in 2002, Kerem Gunay started working in PricewaterhouseCoopers having rendered consultancy services to many local and multinational companies in the areas of tax and and corporate finance. Kerem joined Vodafone Turkey in 2010 and assumed responsibility in different functions of finance including tax, treasury, credit risk, finance operations, accounting, revenue assurance and most recently financial planning, analysis and investor relations. Kerem joined Arena as of 1 July 2018 as the CFO and continue his employment as Assistant General Manager, Product Management and Marketing since 2020. Kerem is a certified public accountant and holds a PhD degree in the area of ‘Banking and Finance’ from Kadir Has University. He is married having 2 children.
Erdal Hergüner started to his carreer in IT business sector in Mikroset A.Ş on 1989 till 2000 as General Manager. He joint Arena as Deputy General Manager, Sales on 2001 till 2014. Between the years 2014-2015 he worked as Deputy General Manager in Logosoft. In 2017 he returned to Arena as Deputy General Manager, Sales. Erdal Hergüner was born in İstanbul in 1964 and graduated Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, he is married and has two children.
Barış Yeniceri started his career in 2005 at Katron Defense Technologies Company. He started to work as a Software Specialist at Innova Bilişim Çözümleri in 2008 and then provided consultancy services to many domestic and foreign companies as a Software Consultant and Team Leader. He worked between 2014 and 2015 as a Senior Software Consultant at Akbank. Later, he worked as Project Manager at Türk Telekom, Software Manager at Kazancı Holding, and IT Manager at Borusan Manheim. Barış Yeniceri graduated from Yıldız Technical University Mathematical Engineering department and Bahçeşehir University Engineering Management Master's program. He is particularly interested in the digital transformation tecnologies like Artificial intelligence and Robotic Process Automation in areas of user experience and process improvement.
In 2012, he joined the Arena as Logistics Manager. Between 1996 and 2011, he worked as an Engineer, Mid-Level Manager and a Senior Executive in different sectors such as Paper, Automotive, Retail and Logistics. Since joining Arena, he has been working as Logistics Manager, Director of Logistics and Technical Services since 2012. He was appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for Logistics, Technical Service and Administrative Affairs in January 2019. He is a graduate from Gazi University Industrial Engineering Department.
Günışığı Geçgil started her professional career at Garanti Ödeme Sistemleri Human Resources Department in 2004 and then continued her career in telecommunications sector by joining Turkcell Global Bilgi. She joined Vodafone Turkey in 2011 as HR Business Partner where she held several roles. She worked as Cyprus HR Manager between the years 2013-2014 and then as Talent Senior Manager during 2014-2020. Günışığı Geçgil graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling and completed her master’s degree in Organizational Behavior at Marmara University, Faculty of Business Administration. She has focus on talent management strategies and digital transformation, employer brand management, creating an inclusive workplace culture that supports both employee experience and diversity, leadership development and coaching.
Mr. Fırat Dernek graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics in 2002 and received his bachelor's degree. He started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Turkey and provided tax consultancy to banks and companies in the capital markets. Fırat Dernek, who started working as a consultant on the taxation of international real estate investments in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg office in 2007, returned to his position at PricewaterhouseCoopers Turkey in 2008. He started working as Finance Director at Armada Bilgisayar in 2010 and continued in this position until November 30, 2023.
Engin Caferoğlu, who started his career in FMCG and telecommunication sectors part-time during his university years, graduated from Bahçeşehir University, Department of Strategic Marketing and Brand Management.
After completing his education and military service, he started working at Telpa A.Ş. as Aegean Region Regional Sales Manager in 2007. He was appointed as Avea Kanal Turkey Sales Manager in 2011.
Then, in 2014, he worked as Vodafone Channel Sales Manager at Brightstar Telecom. He was appointed as Brightstar Telecom Sales Director in 2018, where he led 33 field sales teams and 12 call center representatives, and has been successfully carrying out the sales manager role since this date with his disciplined, ethical, innovative and solution-oriented leadership skills.
Ismet Sinan Saraç, who graduated from Yıldız Technical University Electronics and Communication Engineering Department in 1993, worked as Technical Service and After Sales Services Manager at Infronic Computer Systems (Acer-Turkey) between 1995-2001.
In 2001-2006, He was Siemens Mobile-Turkey Customer Services & Quality Manager at Siemens A.Ş.
He worked as Turkey After Sales Services and Customer Services Director at Nokia Telecommunication company, where he started to work at the beginning of 2006, and then Central & Eastern Europe Project and Program Manager, which includes the responsibility of 17 countries in the Nokia Central Europe region. Since October 2014, he started to work as Product Management & Supply Chain Director at Brightstar Telecommunication, under its new name Arena Connect, and he still continues in this position.
Onur Ertürk started his career at Yapi Kredi Bank at Branch Department of Sales and then worked as a Regional Sales Manager in the same bank. After has worked at Yapi Kredi, he was transferred to ING Bank in 2011 as SME Regional Sales Manager.
In 2013, he was assigned for the establishment of the Micro SME Segment in the same bank and continued to serve under the Head Office.
He took an active role in the creation of all processes, including the determination of the sales channels of the segment, the design of the branch structure, the creation and training of the branch, regional and head office teams, and the design of the product-services.
In 2016, he was appointed as Branch Manager at the same bank.
He joined Paynet as Sales Director in 2018, and served as Sales and Marketing Director and Assistant General Manager for Sales, respectively. In addition to his current duties, he has also served as the Deputy General Manager since April 2019 and was appointed as the General Manager in 2022.
Onur Ertürk, born in Istanbul in 1981, has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Marketing Communication.
He is still working as the General Manager of Paynet. He is married and has a child.
İsmail Ozler, started his career as Communication and Information System professional for the Ministry of Defense. He served for different units and specialized in Risk Management and Information Security. After his services for MoD, he worked as Senior Information Security Consultant for the TurkTelekom Group company Innova Bilisim and as Project Manager at Avanti Communication plc. Ismail joined Paynet as Information Security Executive in 2019, has promoted to IT Security and Risk Manager and he appointed as Risk, Security and Compliance Director in September 2022.
Ismail has bachelor degree, System Engineering, from the National Defense University and has masters degree in Finance and Economics.
He is member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association and holding CISA and PMP certifications.
Mr. Cem Borhan has more than 17 years of experience in technology companies in product, sales and management roles. He worked as Deputy General Manager and General Manager at Linkplus in 2016, respectively. He holds the same duties as Linkplus at Redington. He started as a Technology Sales Executive at Oracle and was later promoted to the role of Technology Sales Executive & Lead Account Manager. Prior to Oracle, he was assigned to Sales at Hewlett Packard (HP). He started his career at Avnet Technology Solutions as HP Enterprise Solutions Product Manager.
Mr. Cem Borhan graduated from Koc University Electrical & Electronics Engineering. After completing his undergraduate degree, he obtained a Master of Arts in Economics and Finance from Bogazici University.
Mr. Baris Korku experiences in treasury operations, cash management , derivative products and hedging strategies. He has excellent knowledge in banking operations, loan, investment projects and trade credit insurance in 25 years. Prior to Redington, he started out as a finance manager at APS, and moved up to become the group's CFO. He has supported and gained experience in various operations of the finance department for 13 years. Before finance operations, he started his career as an Internal Auditor at a Finansbank. He got his first experience as a Research Assistant at Finansinvest.
Mr. Baris Korku graduated from Koc University, bachelor’s degree Economics and from Galatasaray University, master degree’s Management Information.
Mr. Cenk Soyluoglu has more than 25 years of experience in technology companies in sales, product, business and development areas. Before being the Director of Strategy & Business Development Director, he worked as a Sales Director, Business Unit Director and Head in the sales teams at Linkplus. He had responsibilities as a Business Development Manager at IDC. He spent 11 years of his business life at Arena Computer and rose to the position of Product, Unit and BU Manager. As his first work experience, he continued his career by working in support, sales product and business development at Empa Information Technology.
Mr. Cenk Soyluoglu graduated from Istanbul University, bachelor’s degree Electronics Engineering and from Isik University, MBA.
Mr. Bora İncir has more than 23 years of experience in technology companies in sales roles. He started as a Sales Manager at SAS. Prior to SAS, he was Regional Sales Lead for Turkey and Greece at Micro Focus. He developed customer relations and negotiations in SAP as Sales Manager. He gained experience in project management, business development, customer and human relations of the unit he is responsible for at Altus Software Services company. As his first work experience, he continued his career by working in sales and operations for 9 years at Meteksan System.
Mr. Bora İncir graduated from Middle East University, bachelor’s degree Mathematics and master degree Business Administration and Engineering .
Mrs. Mine Günes has 14 years of experience in several companies on HR Department. Before being the Director of HR & Administrative, she worked at Smartiks Technology Solution in order of HR Manager and HR & Communication Director. She continued her career by gaining experience in the HR department for 7 years at this company. Mrs. Mine Güneş had responsibilities as Training Manager at Kariyer.net. She served at Yataş as HR Specialist and Aviva, HR Assistant Specialist.
Mrs. Mine Günes graduated from Kocaeli University, bachelor’s degree Labor Economics & Industrial Relations and from Marmara University master degree’s Management and Organization.
Mrs. İclal Anasoy has 16 years of experience in several companies on Marketing Department. Her most recent assignment was as Marketing Communication Manager at Cigna Turkey. Prior to there, she worked at MetLife in order of Deputy Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager. Before taking this responsibilities, she served as Analytical CRM Assistant Manager and Sales & Development.
Mrs. İclal Anasoy graduated from Istanbul University, bachelor’s degree Business Administration & Management and from Bogazici University , MBA.
Mr. Timur Yalcin has more than 31 years of experience in technology companies. He continues his experience same role in Redington, which started with the role of Professional Services Manager at Linkplus for 16 years. Before joining the Linkplus team, he served in the fields of customer support and experience in the role of Technical Manager at Emobil Information and Communication Technologies. Starting his career at Linksoft, he gained experience within 10 years and rose to the role of IT Manager.
Mr. Timur Yalcin graduated from Yildiz Technical University, bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering.
